August 24th: 5:30am, and this morning is RY overload (special thanks to Jay, who finds these things while this old-head is sleeping). First, Rachael's official website has been re-launched! Because of this, we have found many new promo photos to share with you. As well, we now have the official cover of "Chesapeake"! On top of this, it has been confirmed that the video Rachael shot last week will be for the single "Even If I Don't".
Also, it seems that most of Rachael's shows will be opened by singer Mike Viola. Be sure to check him out! I read his bio, and it says that he was actually the lead singer for the theme song to one of my old school fave movies, "That Thing You Do". Small world! Since then he has worked with many many MANY prominent people, including doing a ton of music for the movie "Walk Hard" with John C. Reilly (hilarious great movie!). I really hope he will be opening the show in Philly (the one I will be attending). As for his connection to RY, he recorded harmonies for her upcoming album.
August 22nd: The song "Even If I Don't" has been announced by Perez Hilton as Rachael's first official single. You can listen to it on his website HERE! Does that mean that is the song the video was filmed for this past week? We're sure to find out soon enough! Also, don't forget to check out our FORUM! I've been spending some time today updating a few things on it (new avatars, changing a few colors to make it easier to read, etc). I may make a new Skin for it soon, but ran out of time today. Everyone should go on the forum and talk to everyone else about what Rachael concerts they'll be attending this fall! Oh, and I've added a gorgeous new promo photo today (taken by Laura Crosta, same girl that directed the "Starlight" video.
August 22nd: Not too much to mention today, but I wanted to be sure everyone is following Rachael's Twitter page! If you are, then you already know that she just filmed yet ANOTHER music video. It is for a song off of the album, but she has not told us yet what song it is. Can't wait to find out!
August 18th: Did you miss the interview with the Maui Radio Show the Time Machine last weekend? Well, you're in luck! The show is now available to listen to online now! Check it out HERE! THANK YOU MICHAEL!!!
August 17th: Rachael's new video for "Starlight" is officially here! CLICK HERE TO SEE IT! Exciting! Also, two more new promo photos have been added... Enjoy your evening! xoxo
August 15th: Listen to a sneak peek of all of the tracks from the Muppets "Green Album" (movie soundtrack) HERE! This includes many great songs, including Rachael's version of the song "I'm Going to Go Back There Someday". This album will be officially released on Tuesday August 23rd. You can preorder it HERE!
August 15th: For anyone curious, there were a *lot* of collaboration albums added to the Discography section over the past few weeks. Thanks to the wonderful Michael McCartney of the Time Machine, we just learned of a new one from last year! Rachael appeared on last years release "People on the Edge of the World" by Philadelphia singer John Francis. That song can be found on his album, "The Better Angels". Check it out! Also, a small news tidbit: If you didn't hear the interview with Rachael Saturday night on the Time Machine, you missed that she will very soon be filming a video for her single "Starlight"! How exciting!
August 13th: So Sirius XM radio is on at my house, but Deepak Chopra's show is not on. I am very confused, and sorry to anyone else experiencing the same problem! If anyone knows more about this, and when we can listen, please email me ASAP! In the meantime, gear your computer up to hear RY interview on the lovely Maui radio station, The Time Machine tonight at 8pm EST! Join that chat room, and click the headphones icon that says "Listen". That will prompt your computer to open up your audio program & stream the radio station (mine opened up Itunes). Special thanks to the wonderful Michael McCartney for letting us know ahead of time so we won't miss it!

Some news: Rachael will have music featured in the new movie "Act Naturally"! We are not sure on much more info than that, but the director is awesome & you should all go check out the trailer on their website HERE, and on Facebook HERE! And a hilarious radio interview with him & one of the main actors from the movie HERE! Can't wait to learn more!
August 12th: Rachael has posted a new update today on the Pledge Music site! This is a "Pledgers Only" update, so be sure that you've pledged towards her album to gain access to this & more exclusives! Also, be sure not to miss Rachael's interview tomorrow 11am on Sirius Radio with Deepak Chopra.
August 10th: What a Rachael filled day! I had a fun surprise tonight when I heard "Be Be Your Love" coming out of my television while Sasha danced her solo on "So You Think You Can Dance"! It is down to the top 4, and tomorrow the winner will be chosen... I wasn't sure which of the girls I liked better to win, but there is no choice now! Sasha all the way! Once they have the video posted on their website I will be sure to provide the link here. Have a nice night!
August 10th: Rachael was interviewed by Deepak Chopra on his Sirius XM radio show today. He posted a photo of it on his Twitter account. This will be broadcast on Sirius Radio 107 (Deepak Chopra's Wellness Radio) this Saturday 8/13 (11am-3pm EST is his show time).

August 3rd: You can now officially buy "Starlight" as the first single off of Rachael's upcoming album on Itunes! GET IT HERE!
August 2nd: Well, it took me a while, but I've gotten the tour dates listed now, with links to where to buy tickets! A few of the venues are not "ready" yet, but the links will get you to where you need to go... It seems that most tickets are going on sale this Friday. Be sure to get yours early! CLICK HERE for the tour info!
August 2nd: This update is because I was so excited for YESTERDAY'S update that I missed two important things: 1) If you pledged towards Rachael's album, you can actually DOWNLOAD "Starlight" at the bottom of her update yesterday. 2) Rolling Stone's music player, when playing "Starlight", shows the album title to be "Chesapeake" with a release date of 10/11/11. I had no idea it would be so soon! Also, the tour dates will be officially announced today, so I will have the updated list with links to buying tickets later today! I saw that a few of the shows are already listed online, so it should only be a matter of time. So exciting!
August 1st: RollingStone.com has posted a new article featuring a brand new RY song today, called "Starlight"! Check it out HERE! She has also posted a new update on the Pledge Music website, exclusive to Pledgers only... That can be found HERE! They are posting a sneak peek at some upcoming tour dates! *excited* (note: out of respect for RY's "Pledge Only" note, I will not post the new tour dates here until they are made public).
